First look at the WordPress 6.2 beta to see some of the new features.   Refinements and improvements had been made to WordPress 6.2 as well as ease of use, are the main focus areas of WordPress 6.2 update. 

Among those improvements are a new approach to navigating between templates and template parts, an additional way to manage menus with the navigation block, and the ability to import widgets to block themes.  Links below with information about the WordPress 6.2 update.

OpenAI ChatGPT comes to Drupal Content Management System (CMS).  With a Drupal module, ChatGPT Content Generator module, Drupal users will be able to integrate Artificial Intelligence into their Drupal website.  It will add a link on the content add, and edit page.  Users can copy the AI generated content from the popup and can create and develop new Drupal content with it.  The ChatGPT Content Generator module is available for the following versions, Drupal 9 and 10. ChatGPT is just one of the artificial generational intelligence, built by OpenAI.

How to install Drupal on WAMP Server. Note, Drupal is a free and open-source web content management system written in PHP and distributed under the GNU General Public License. Drupal provides an open-source back-end framework for at least 14% of the top 10,000 websites worldwide. To get Drupal to work with WAMP server, first you will have to install WAMP on Windows.

Video from “DrupalCamp” NJ YouTube channel, it is the March 2022 Central NJ Web Developers Meetup. First part of the video is talking monitoring with Droplet on Digital Ocean. Remember Digital Ocean offers built-in monitoring capabilities to track infrastructure metrics like CPU usage, disk usage, disk I/O, bandwidth, and memory at no additional charge. Many things were covered in the first part of the video, as far as backend server configurations. Second part of the video is a demo on the Tome Project.

For this post, I am going to talk about WordPress security.  This year along, Google had to blacklists around 10,000 plus websites every day for malware and around 50,000 for phishing every week.  Remember a hacked WordPress site can cause serious damage to your business revenue and reputation. Hackers also can steal user information, passwords, install malicious software, and can even distribute malware to any users that use your Wordpress website. There are ways to maintain security on your Wordpress Website.

Working with JSON Web Token For A Drupal Website.

Topic for this post will be JSON Web Token. JSON Web Token is an open standard, under RFC 7519, that is defines a compact and self-contained way for securely transmitting information between parties as a JSON object. JSON Web Token is an internet standard for creating data with optional signature and/or optional encryption whose payload holds JSON that asserts some number of claims. This information can be verified and trusted because it is digitally signed. The tokens are signed either using public or a private key.
