For this post, I am going to talk about WordPress security. This year along, Google had to blacklists around 10,000 plus websites every day for malware and around 50,000 for phishing every week. Remember a hacked WordPress site can cause serious damage to your business revenue and reputation. Hackers also can steal user information, passwords, install malicious software, and can even distribute malware to any users that use your Wordpress website. There are ways to maintain security on your Wordpress Website.
One of the items you can do to maintain your Wordpress website is to keep server software, php versions, and hardware up to date to prevent hackers from exploiting a known security vulnerability. Second item, is to have ready to deploy disaster recovery and accidents plans which allows them to protect your data from hackers.
