Information on SSL certificates for Website. An SSL certificate is a data file hosted in a website's origin server. SSL certificates enable websites to move from HTTP to HTTPS, which is more secure. SSL certificates make SSL/TLS encryption possible, and they contain the website's public key and the website's identity, along with related information. Devices attempting to communicate with the origin server will reference this file to obtain the public key and verify the server's identity, link below to website from CloudFlare.

For this post I am going to talk about the Fluke Pro3000 Series Tone & Probe Kits tone and trace inactive wiring (a fox and hound wire tracer). One of the features of Fluke Pro3000 is the Innovative filter technology, it blocks interference that makes tracing cables difficult. Innovative filter feature is an advanced filter that removes signal interference at 50 or 60 Hz and their harmonics. This filtering allows technicians to easily find the cable or wire they are tracing even when noisy external sources, such as power cables and lighting, are present. Another feature I would like to talk about is Precise SmartTone technology.

The Precise SmartTone technology capability of the Pro3000 Analog Tone Generator to identify the right network cable. SmartTone provides five distinct tones for exact cable identification. When touching the wires together and momentarily shorting the far end of a cable pair, the SmartTone technology will change the cadence of the tone generated, thereby identifying the cable. Also can send these loud tones up to 10 miles/16 kilometers on most cables, ideal use for an industrial area or a small campus. Link below to a Fluke website with more information on the Fluke Pro3000 Series Tone & Probe Kits.
